The fishing for striped bass on Lake Texoma is the best it has been in years! The birds have shown up in force to help us locate these large schools of feeding fish. I’m using primarily swimbaits but also using slabs and dead sticking as well. The numbers of fish we are catching has been incredible.
People always ask what’s my favorite time of year to fish on Lake Texoma. And I must say the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas has always been spectacular!
I do have some available openings up through the end of the year and into January so give me a call and let’s get on the water and fill the cooler!
The December weather outlook is looking spectacular with not any real cold temperatures forecasted!
